-4v4..."Everyone will choose one partner ahead of time. Then we will pair 2 up with 2 others randomly from a hat. Also, you must choose your character ahead of time. . .only new characters including Gouken, Fei Long, Sakura, and Dan for this tournament (I would've added Cammy, Gen, and Rose but for some reason we have retards who uses these characters. . .one of them uses 2 of these rejects). It's okay if your team has more than 1 character represented, however no more than 2 representations. If so, we'll repick your team.
